Orders are
shipped with tracking numbers for real-time updates. If your package is
not delivered within the courier’s timeframe, report the issue to us

For dresses standard size no bigger than US14 are refundable, for custom size and size over US14 which is not refundable.

To start off upon ordering the dress and receiving the confirmation email with the order number you must reply back confirming the dress, color, size, address and possibly the date you wish to receive the dress by or they don't begin to make the dress. I really loved the dress the quality, feel and color (burgundy) was amazing. It looks exactly as in the picture and there is padding. No complaints other then instructions weren't really clear for the confirmation email.
